Successful Delivery of 200 Toolkits to Shegal District
Access Point is pleased to announce the successful distribution of 200 specialized toolkits to Community-Level Committees (CLCs) in the targeted villages of Karbori, Mola Alam, and Daag. The distribution ceremony took place on April 12, 2026, in Karbori village, Shegal District.
The procurement process was conducted with full transparency in partnership with UNDP and NEPA. After extensive consultations, technical specifications were finalized and approved on March 25, 2026. Following a competitive RFQ bidding process, Prime Professional Company was selected as the vendor for meeting the highest quality and technical standards required by NEPA and UNDP.
Despite the closure of the Kabul–Jalalabad road due to rock falls, Prime Professional Company ensured prompt delivery of the toolkits to the Access Point field office. The distribution event was honored by the presence of the NEPA Director, a UNDP provincial representative, district authorities, and sectoral department heads. This milestone ensures that local CLCs are now fully equipped to carry out their planned activities under the CCLF project effectively.
